Tuberculosis is chronic inflammatory disease caused by tubercle bacillus and bone tuberculosis is rare which form 103% of whole tuberculosis Now a day there is improvement of controlling infection by development of preventive medicaine and
anti-tuberculosis medication therapy. Though there is some report of tuberculosis of bone and soft tissue but only a few of disseminated bone tuberculosis. We have had experience of 1 case of disseminated bone tuberculosis which involved both
shoulder
and elbow, treated by bone curretage, graft and anti-tuberculosis medication.
